end of a relationship, starting a family, the loss of a loved one.
You're not getting what you need from personal or professional relationships.
This may look like: feelings of being constantly misunderstood, difficulty finding your "voice",
lack of empathy, avoiding conflict at all costs.
Struggle with Work/Life Balance
Difficulty sustaining happiness or prioritizing your needs.
This may look like: lack of passion or purpose, feeling unfulfilled at home or at work, constantly running on empty,
lack of self care or self awareness, Covid burn out.
If Pain Points are the "What" Goals are the "Why".
Build personal awareness, learn strategies to overcome obstacles and create success.
Minimize anxiety, create seamless transitions, develop effective coping skills, strengthen decision making skills,

Following suit, Roadmaps are the "How". We will chart a course for your coaching journey
and actively working towards them.
Create a realistic timeline for our coaching work and identify any potential derailers or roadblocks.
Establish accountability strategies for you to hold yourself accountable between sessions,
Set Benchmarks to monitor your progress and celebrate your "wins".
*Individual Coaching Sessions are 50 minutes each. New clients meet weekly for the first 12 sessions.

ASSESSMENT & DEBRIEF SESSION:
As an individual session, the ELI Assessment & in-depth debrief is a meaningful process to help you gain insights around a particular obstacle,
situation or circumstance and strategize a successful outcome. Consists of online assessment and 90 minute debrief.
Coaching program for couples in transition who are interested in creating an atmosphere for active listening, improving communication,
creating intimacy and aligning Core Values.
CORE VALUES 101:
Four session course for those interested in an introduction to Core Values. Learn to identify your top core values and align them with daily actions.
Course includes Core Values Assessment & 90 minute debrief and three individual coaching sessions.
ELI: ENERGY LEADERSHIP INDEX
The Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) is an attitudinal assessment that captures the way a person views the world, during their typical day to day as well as under times of stress. It is a tangible metric that you can see, feel and use as a "baseline" for your coaching progress.Once completed, we will meet for an ELI Debrief, a 90 minute session to review the results of the ELI and what might be important areas of focus during coaching.
CORE VALUES ASSESSMENT
Core values are those which are intrinsic to who you are and what is most important to you. The CVA is a rating assessment used to identify which qualities you value most and how your life, relationships and experiences reflect those values. Understanding what you value most and why, create the foundation for decision making, balance and sustained happiness.
Enneagram is a popular personality test that describes nine distinct and fundamentally different patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. Each of the nine patterns is based on an explicit perceptual filter and associated driving emotional energy. These patterns determine what individuals of each personality type pay attention to and how they direct their energy and behavior. This assessment is most useful for couples or teams working in a group dynamic.
